Shipping & Returns


All our products are dispatched from our London production facility.

Each item ordered by 2 pm during any working day, will be dispatched the same day. Any item ordered after 2 pm, on Saturday, Sunday, or any bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

All our postage is sent via Royal Mail 1st class. Whilst we expect 90% of our cards to arrive the next working day, depending on the size and the amount of cards you order, it may take up to 3 working days to arrive, particularly during peak periods.Please make sure you allow enough time for your cards to arrive.

In any case, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problem with getting your item. We aim at 100% customer satisfaction. We know there is no problem we cannot resolve!


If for any reason you are not happy with your All-Ways Design order, please contact our Customer Service Team via contact us page provided on this website You will need to quote your order number, the email address you have registered and the details of the problem with the order.

You can report any problem with your item within 7 days from receiving it. We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 14 working days (usually it takes 24 hours). We may ask you to take a photograph of the product to help us communicate with our suppliers and correct any future problems. Should it be necessary, we will then advise you how to return your item.
